Kemuel

Kemuel doesn’t just make songs — he paints with sound. A singer, songwriter, and producer raised in Port Harcourt, he first found his voice in the church choir at 17, learning patience, discipline, and the art of building music layer by layer. That foundation grew into a career that’s already earned him co-signs from legends like Olamide and DJ Spinall, plus recognition from outlets like MTV, BBC 1Xtra, Clash, and Notion.

About

His debut EP Escape introduced a sleek, genre-bending sound that blurred Afrobeats, R&B, and soul. The follow-up project Clouds pushed even further, mixing intimacy with experimentation on standout tracks like Alone and POLO. Kemuel describes his process as “painting images with music,” and it shows — every release feels cinematic, textured, and deeply intentional.

With FINI, his first release under Muse Studios, Kemuel has entered a new era. A layered, hypnotic track he calls “a chant… something that casts a spell,” it’s already sparked massive fan energy online. Global in tone but rooted in his Nigerian identity, Kemuel is proof that Afrofusion has no borders.
